Shipping and Returns


Shipping Process:

After you place your order, a Foot Impression Kit will arrive to your home within 3-7 business days (free shipping). Once you complete your impression, use the included return label to ship it back to us via your nearest UPS location. Upon arrival to our facility, your insoles will be made and shipped back to you in an industry leading 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your insoles have shipped. All shipping fees for custom insoles are covered by FootDirectClub.


Damaged Product:

When shipping across the country, sometimes things happen. If your order arrives and is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@footdirectclub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Based on the condition, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. 


Refunds:

At FootDirectClub, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for processing refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds on products or services that meet one or more of the following criteria:

a. The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

b. The wrong item was delivered.

c. The product does not match the description provided on our website.

d. You are not satisfied with the fit or feel of your insoles.


If for some reason you want to request a refund prior to receiving your insoles but after we have already shipped you your Impression Kit, a deduction and processing fee will be taken out of your refund. 


If you do not return your Impression Kit back to our facility after 180 day of receipt, all sales become final and no refund will be granted.


Refunds for Limited Time Sales or Promotions:

Refunds will not be granted for products or services purchased during a limited-time sale or promotional period, where the price difference is the sole reason for the refund request. This includes but is not limited to discounts, flash sales, seasonal promotions, or any other temporary price reduction.


Refund Request Process:


Standard Custom Products (Everyday and Sports Collections):

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you may request a refund within 90 days from when you receive your insoles. To initiate the refund process, please contact us at returns@footdirectclub.com. Please provide the order details and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.


Pregnancy Products:

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you may request a refund within 30 days from when you receive your insoles. To initiate the refund process, please contact us at returns@footdirectclub.com. Please provide the order details and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.


OTC Insoles:

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you may request a refund within 30 days from when you receive your insoles. To initiate the refund process, please contact us at returns@footdirectclub.com. Please provide the order details and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.


Refund Evaluation:

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review the provided information and verify the eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined above. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet the specified criteria.


Refund Processing:

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note the number of days for the refunded amount to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider's processing time.


Exchanges and Store Credit:

If you are not eligible for a refund but still wish to explore other options, we may offer exchanges for eligible products or store credit, at our discretion.


Modifications to the Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
