Our process is deliberately simple. Order and impression kit, which arrives in 3-7 days. Send your impressions back using your prepaid return label, and your custom insoles are manufactured and shipped back to you in 10-14 days of arriving at our facility -- about 30 days in total. No prescription is required and custom insoles are HSA/FSA eligible.
