Impression Kit is mailed back to PAL using included UPS return label.
Receive Your Insoles
Upon arrival at our facility, insoles are designed, manufactured and mailed to patient within 7-10 business days.
How it works!
1. Create Your Impression
3-5 days after placing an order you will receive an Impression Kit.
2. Send It Back
Upon impressing your feet, use the included return label to ship it back.
3. Receive Your Insole
Your custom insoles will be in your shoes within 7 DAYS Upon delivery to our facility.
