On your feet all day? Your socks should work as hard as you do.

These wide-calf compression socks (2XL–4XL) give tired legs gentle, all-day support — without the tourniquet squeeze of standard sizes. The 65% nylon / 35% spandex knit wicks sweat, dries fast, and resists slipping and friction, from first shift to last call.

Pair them with your FootDirectClub custom insoles: insoles support your feet, these support everything above them.

  • Wide-calf fit: 2XL, 3XL, 4XL — made for real calves

  • 15-20mmHG graduated compression
  • Light, all-day compression for long days on your feet

  • Quick-drying, sweat-wicking, non-slip knit

  • All-season sporty style; unisex

**Ships separately from our insole orders.

FAQs

How long does the whole process take?

About 30 days, and most of the variable is you. The Impression Kit arrives in 3–7 days; once you send your molds back, we manufacture your custom insoles and ship them out in 10–14 days. The faster you return the kit, the faster you get your insoles.

How is this different from the inserts at the drugstore?

Drugstore inserts are one-size-fits-all foam. Ours are molded to your exact foot shape, so support and pressure relief go precisely where you need them — the same principle as $500+ physician-prescribed orthotics, for $160.

What if they don't fit right?

You get free adjustments within the first 30 days, and every pair is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied, contact us and we'll make the proper adjustments or refund your money.

How much does it cost — really?

$160, with free shipping both ways and a free Impression Kit. No hidden fees, no insurance hassle. A comparable pair through industry channels runs $250+, and physician-prescribed orthotics run $500+.

Which insole should I choose?

All-Day Comfort is for work and everyday life on your feet. Sport Performance is for running, training, and court sports. Sensitive Feet is for diabetic, neuropathic, or extra-sensitive feet and fits best in roomy therapeutic shoes.

Do I need a prescription?

No. You order directly, make your molds at home, and we craft your insoles — no doctor visit required.

Are they HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes — custom orthotics from FootDirectClub are HSA/FSA eligible.

How long will my custom insoles last?

With daily use, most people get 1–2 years from a pair — far longer than off-the-shelf inserts, because the support structure is molded rather than stamped from flat foam.
